mySymptoms Food Diary Customer Insights

1. I've been tracking symptoms, daily activities, food, meds, etc., in a journal on and off for over a year but it's been very difficult and time consuming to be consistent, and impossible to graph looking for a correlation.

2. Plus they make manual entry really easy! I don't need to track ingredients (right now) but I enjoy that I can track food, bowels, meds, mood and sleep energy.

3. "Ratio" for example, could be replaced with "confidence %" or something so that you don't have to click through.Great app! Used it for a month to show my doctor my eating and sleeping habits, along with symptoms and moods like anxiety, stress, etc, and how it affected my gut health.

4. It also allows me to leave myself notes when I feeling stress and can add if an axeity attack is coming on, and being able to keep track of that is very helpful for me.

5. It's a little confusing at times, and I keep clicking on the wrong button when I'm trying to save an item.. I'd also really like to see a scheduling function, that puts up an alert/reminder when you need to log your current health, or to take your meds.

6. If you want to track food accurately expect to sit down and manually enter every single ingredient that you care about for every food item.Interference is fairly intuitive.

7. Awesome and very helpfulI found this app to be very helpful for managing my medications, symptoms , stress levels, and my eating habits.

8. I love the Copy function that allows me to reuse standard events like my medications and supplements without having to re-enter all items every time.

9. My only gripe is that finding what you want can be a bit clunky, with the amount of duplication and misspellings etc from user-submitted food items.

10. It's a pretty simple log--you put in what goes in and comes out of your body so you can determine the source of symptoms (i.e. food allergies).

11. It helped lead to a diagnosis I have been wanting for a while! I wish the database was larger, but you can add anything and everything, so the more people that use it, the more info it has.
