1. Over the last ten years, I've entered hundreds; never won a second chance drawing, not even once; including the time I cleaned out a car I bought and found like 50 nonwinners, entered them all.The ticket scanner is garbage.

2. Why do users have to log in every time? Annoying! Plus, the app just crashes when you scan your ticket - and of course you have to log in again when that happens.

3. This is very frustrating and baffling.The thought of this app is good, however it crashes constantly..it is hesitant to open the ticket checker.

4. The app freezes up and when you scan multiple tickets and they are not the same game it doesn't acknowledge it unless you scan the ticket again.
