Another thing that bothers me, I subscribed to the premium version on the play store but it does not allow me to transfer my premium account to my smart tv.Please read and take action, i am happy with the application, however, when the commercial or ads show, always freezes at one special ad, "the us census", can not go back, needs to restart the app all the time.

1. Restart PONGALO NovelaClub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PONGALO NovelaClub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PONGALO NovelaClub" » Open PONGALO NovelaClub » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PONGALO NovelaClub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PONGALO NovelaClub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PONGALO NovelaClub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PONGALO NovelaClub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PONGALO NovelaClub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PONGALO NovelaClub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PONGALO NovelaClub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PONGALO NovelaClub then reinstall.
