1. Fix Rewarded Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Rewarded Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Rewarded Play App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rewarded Play" » Open Rewarded Play: Earn Gift Cards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rewarded Play » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Rewarded Play: Earn Gift Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rewarded Play servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rewarded Play: Earn Gift Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Rewarded Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rewarded Play might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Rewarded Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rewarded Play then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rewarded Play not working


2. Fix Rewarded Play Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rewarded Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rewarded Play not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rewarded Play may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • This morning 3/1/24 @ around 5a.m. i bought the $19.99 package and also the $9.99 package. they didn't give me the coins on either package! 780 coins on the $19.99 package, like 260 on the $9.99. I've send copies of the receipts from my google account to the play app on line. I still haven't received my coins yet!   • I'm having trouble contacting support through the game, it says ticket failed. I'm also having trouble getting the points for playing the games for 4 minutes or longer. I did for a couple of them hours later but there are quite a few I didn't get the points for at all. I've been playing reward play for several months now and really enjoy playing but it's hard to enjoy it when I'm not getting the points for playing, especially when the points are so low lately. They used to be mostly 250 points for playing more in lucky to find something that gives 100 points. I texted about this issue yesterday as well and haven't heard back from anyone yet. I'd really like to get back to playing but I'm not gonna waste my time if I'm not gonna get the points.

  • I have continuously keep having issues with the reward play app. I tried to cash out for a gift card and somehow it said my email address was wrong. So it then gave me the choice to sign in with google, which only allowed me to do so through my 2nd email address. Everyday my games that I installed are gone. I dont know how this is happening.
