Why should I report an Issue with Cash Walking - Earn reward every step?

My only note to the Devs would be to not bother puting stuff in the app if it doesn't work, don't over sell it.Here I am, about a year after I started using the app, averaging 15,000 steps per day at work (though you can only earn points for up to 10K, and I've had plenty of times where it would give me a negative number and no ability to exchange steps for any points), and I've finally earned enough points to cash out... to $5 in Amazon.

2. If these things were fixed it would be a 5☆ app and if not fixed it's a waste of my time.The app does provide you with ways to earn coins (which can be converted to Amazon gift cards) or money (which can be redeemed through PayPal), mainly using ads and not walking to earn money.

Have a way to contact the developer inside the app as well as a q & a page, a way to convert the coins to cash so u can get something other than amazon and the ads are necessary but not nearly the amount that is thereAfter using the app for more than 6 months, I was able to cash out my points for an Amazon reward.

4. And finally, my phone's battery doesn't like this app due to "constant wakeups;" I'm starting to feel like this app isn't worth continuing to use.It would get 5 stars if it worked properly (how it's described as working) but the walking part hasn't worked right since the 2nd day.

5. I couldn't cash out for the Amazon $20 because it kept giving me a failed message so I cashed out for a $10 and a $25 paypal but have not received either in over a week.

6. I would have given this app 5 stars, because they have a good concept for it, and the goals are not unrealistic... EXCEPT for the fact that I wasn't able to exchange my 10,000 steps last night because I accidentally closed the box without exchanging my steps.

7. And having cashed out... no confirmation email, no option within the app to see a history of my rewards I've cashed out for (needed to show WHEN I cashed out), no option to resend the reward in the event that it got "lost in the mail," and almost two weeks later, still no reward.

8. So much for their claim that you can earn $10 in Paypal "in a few days," a claim that still exists in the app's description despite them considerably revamping the reward system to make it harder to get a PayPal-compatible reward.

9. It uses standard tricks to get you to keep going, offering lots of money at first but slowing down as you get close to payout, but it does let you payout.

10. Also since then I have been lucky if it records even 10% of the steps I take in a day and that was only after I restarted my phone a dozen times.

11. I've had it for roughly 2 weeks yet when I go to the "daily check in" it doesn't do ANYTHING and hasn't allowed me to collect any of the daily check in coins after the initial 200, from the 1st day.

1. Fix Cash Walking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cash Walking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cash Walking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cash Walking" » Open Cash Walking - Earn reward every step » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cash Walking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cash Walking - Earn reward every step app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cash Walking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cash Walking - Earn reward every step" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cash Walking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cash Walking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cash Walking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cash Walking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cash Walking not working

2. Fix Cash Walking Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cash Walking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cash Walking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cash Walking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
