Why should I report an Issue with Twitch: Live Streaming?

1. Also, ads constantly interrupt streams as soon as I select one to watch, not allowing me to check if I even want to watch the stream in the first place, often times deterring me from watching any streams at all.The mobile experience is worse than bad.

2. Sometimes when you exit picture in picture mode it glitches the bottom bar, the follow or subscribe buttons, will have a very disruptive visual glitch.Streams are constantly buffering no matter which internet connection I use.

3. I understand the unskippable ads but the ads end up being incredibly quiet for no reason.The only reason the rating is so high is because I enjoy watching the streamers that choose to stream on Twitch.

4. I cannot stomach the audacity of having an app that barely functions and requires me to close it completely to fix graphical glitches in the UI that prevent me from interacting with the stream, let alone to fix nonsensical connection issues.

5. Being unable to interact with the stream player at random times, along with having to reinstall the app every time these issues persist just to have it happen again.

6. If I'm in the car, and I want to listen to a live stream, if I put twitch on, it buffers like crazy, but if I put that same stream on YouTube, it works perfectly.

7. I really enjoy the freedoms streamers have to easily change backgrounds, channel rewards, the extra support for Vtubing motion capture software vs YT etc, but, in a lot of ways it feels like it is overly complicated to use.

8. What really sells it, is when I have to watch ads AGAIN because I had the gall to restart the app just so I can tune into the stream in the first place.

9. And streams wont auto rotate to landscape mode when I turn my phone sideways.

10. Only problem I have with it making it 4 out of 5 stars is not being able to complete purchase transactions when trying to pay for Twitch Turbo.

11. The auto feature barely works and makes watching on a stable or unstable connection nearly impossible.

1. Fix Twitch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Twitch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Twitch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Twitch" » Open Twitch: Live Streaming » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Twitch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Twitch: Live Streaming app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Twitch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Twitch: Live Streaming" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Twitch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Twitch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Twitch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Twitch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Twitch not working

2. Fix Twitch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Twitch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Twitch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Twitch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
