Why should I report an Issue with Washington's Lottery?

1. Note: You no longer need to sign in just to scan tickets.The previous versions were a great tool to use for scanning tickets.

2. Then this version demanded that you provide personal information in order to scan, just to find that the scanner doesn't function properly after you do so.

3. I rarely play now because why bother? "Sorry, not a winner" Either the scanner is faulty or the system is so rigged you can't win small amounts anymore.It scans tickets most of the time, but occasionally, it will show an error.

4. It would be nice if they could fix whatever issue they got going on within the app though because then I'd give it 5 stars for sure☺️Lousy app, you have to set up an account with Washington Lottery and give them email etc in order to scan a ticket.

5. Don't like it, uninstalling will go back to the manual way of checking..I'm out.The first version let you just scan your ticket.

6. Whoever thought it was a good idea to require a registration and log-in to scan tickets should be fired.

7. Why would someone want to get spammed by the Lottery just to be able to scan a ticket? Change it back to the way it was .... load the app, scan the ticket.

8. The previous scanner, I would scan and win small amounts here and there, nothing big, but it was consistent.

9. You can also scan scratch tickets where that wasn't possible years ago.
