1. I received $6.64 so far after $0.90 service fee deductionApp is good... But one thing I don't agree.. After filling one survey, at the end instead of validating the completed survey where your private data is being asked, a message appears - oops internet connection fail - where there is no Internet failure.. no validation of survey and no points earned.. But my private data is being kept.. This is not serious.. and I think to deregister this application..Incredibly unhappy about this app.

2. But the worst part about this app is that they send money to your PayPal as a merchant and you will be charged service fee by PayPal (unlike other apps that send you money as a friend).

3. Half of the apps you download thru their offerwalls don't pay even if it's the first time you've downloaded them (because the "advertisers/app developers" thought that your download wasn't eligible without giving any reason).

4. If this were any other paid service in the modern world, payment would have been received immediately.

5. There were surveys I completed but it has not yet been credited onto my account, I contacted the support team and was able to get a reply in less than 24 hours.

6. But now, after the update (which the dev team assured me wouldn't affect my ongoing offers), the reward for an offer which took me more than a month to complete, is still not credited.

7. It took a lot of time to complete my offer about 10-11 days and still didn't pay up.

8. I have enjoyed playing the games especially knowing i was making real money, but without receiving the money, there is no point Update.

9. I can't even refer any friends to this app now because they will lose all respect.I gave 5 stars on my first review because the app works as described.

1. Fix Rewardr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rewardr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rewardr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rewardr" » Open Rewardr - Get rewards to play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rewardr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rewardr - Get rewards to play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rewardr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rewardr - Get rewards to play " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rewardr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rewardr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rewardr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rewardr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rewardr not working

2. Fix Rewardr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rewardr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rewardr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rewardr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
