1. It needs a TOTALLY REVAMP!! You have to keep clearing the cache, it works once then freezes, then you have to uninstall it, shut your phone off for a few minutes, then reinstall it, then the process starts all over! A totally screwed up app! IA lottery, DO SOMETHING TO FIX IT!!I think all scratch tickets should have a shot at a "second chance" drawing, even if its just a free tticket!! My fiancee and I love scratching the bingo and crossword tickets.

2. Sometimes if I repeatedly abort and attempt the scan over and over eventually I get a result but my confidence of the accuracy of that result if very very low! PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!The ticket scanner is a JOKE! Does not work, even though they claim it was fixed!! Whoever is in charge of this for the IA lottery needs to make the decision to scrap it and start from scratch.

3. It found a couple winners I didn't see already.I can't believe this app doesn't work to scan tickets anymore and all the reviews have been telling them for months and still they have not fixed the problem nor done any updates.

4. Checking lotto tickets is super easy however it typically takes an hour or more after the drawing to be able to scan your lottery ticket to see what you have won! :) A++.

5. I don't know what you did, but you need fix it!! Almost makes the App worthless on new phones!! Update, this App has gotten to where you can scan in VIP, but it won't scan in the check tickets sections.

6. But whatever update you've recently done has slowed my ability to "check my tickets....It wasn't working on my Samsung S10 at first but it started working now....I just have to hold it on the barcode for a few more seconds than I thought it would take.

8. 👎👎For some reason I have to scan my tickets twice before it tells me if it is a winner or not (doesn't matter if I'm on WiFi or cellular data).

1. Restart Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus" » Open Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
