1. The SIM card only works in France while that same phone S9 is working perfectly well in all 4 countries with other operator (Bouygues, Vodafone and Telekom...)Literally it's the worst telecommunications company I have ever used, the 4g is so so so bad.Red By SFR has is the operator with worst support service I have seen.

2. What's worse, even the RED par SFR website crashes when you try to confirm the new appointment day and time! About as useful as a chocolate teapot!From 1 star to 3 stars: customer service is great and the people are very friendly.

3. But in regards to the app, it still needs a lot of fixing including the following: - Fixing Payments via Credit Cards - Enabling attachements when communicating with the service clients (the option is there, but doesn't function)Beware of the hidden service cost.

4. So what are my options? I now have to try to contact their customer service somehow which of course is only possible by phone and takes forever.

5. I tried to cancel the service free of charge as is stated in their terms, but I just discovered that they still charge me 49 Euro for cancellation--even though I added a copy of my new rent contract.

6. In any case: Do yourself a favor and pick another company with a more reliable customer service.

7. It is only accessible by chat, they only answer after hours of waiting, you need to explain your request 10000 times because they don't really read your message (that is the only explanation) every time I need something from them I end up being furious.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RED & Moi Issues

1. Fix RED & Moi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RED & Moi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  3. Clear RED & Moi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RED & Moi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RED & Moi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RED & Moi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RED & Moi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RED & Moi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RED & Moi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RED & Moi not working


2. Fix RED & Moi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RED & Moi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RED & Moi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RED & Moi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
