Not great, but not a surprise from a provider that I have been trying to recuperate 400€ from that they erroneously taken from 2 bank accounts 3 years ago!With over a hundred unwanted folders created by the system which cannot be removed or reappear automatically, I don't like this email system and there are others with much higher security and less spam ! (proton mail for example).

2. General functionality is good though for a non-subscription email account.I cannot send emails from this phone.

3. This is on my phone and tabletKeep getting emails from , no sender no subject I have to uninstall app to get rid of it SORT IT OUT !!!!!!Very useful, even I can't get all my emails when I refresh my inbox or my search page.

4. June 2022, all the bugs mentioned before seem to have been adressed..but now, SFR kindly resend me emails that I've already seen, and deleted.

5. Then, I send an email, it doesn't get sent for some reason BUT it hasn't stored a copy in either 'sent' or 'draft' folder; particularly frustrating if it's a long communication.

6. Is there a fix for these problems?Keep getting emails from no sender, no content dated 1970, have to uninstall to get rid .

7. In particular, I cannot send emails with attachments especially photos.

8. The previous version worked perfectly well.

1. Fix SFR Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SFR Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SFR Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SFR Mail" » Open SFR Mail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SFR Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SFR Mail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SFR Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SFR Mail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SFR Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SFR Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SFR Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SFR Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SFR Mail not working

2. Fix SFR Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SFR Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SFR Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SFR Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
