Can improve with new features.Rubbish,25 minutes trying to pay them, 25 minutes trying to explain that a translation app cannot be applied to their app,I will change WiFi and phone connection ASAP.Difficulties to "start off the system" but now "all" has been put right via your technical team & customer service team who were polite, patient, throughout the ordeal & finally the result is terrific to use, to organize & great to watch, I thank you all Alex.Pathetic customer service! 2. The button to cancel the subscription is hidden away and so difficult to find that one has to call customer service for help find it.In general it (the SFR fibre) works... except when it doesn't.
