Can improve with new features.Rubbish,25 minutes trying to pay them, 25 minutes trying to explain that a translation app cannot be applied to their app,I will change WiFi and phone connection ASAP.Difficulties to "start off the system" but now "all" has been put right via your technical team & customer service team who were polite, patient, throughout the ordeal & finally the result is terrific to use, to organize & great to watch, I thank you all Alex.Pathetic customer service! Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SFR & Moi Issues

1. Fix SFR & Moi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SFR & Moi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SFR & Moi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SFR & Moi" » Open SFR & Moi » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SFR & Moi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SFR & Moi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SFR & Moi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SFR & Moi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SFR & Moi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SFR & Moi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SFR & Moi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SFR & Moi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SFR & Moi not working


2. Fix SFR & Moi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SFR & Moi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SFR & Moi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SFR & Moi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
