Why should I report an Issue with Termius - SSH and SFTP client?

It would also be helpful to be able to create profiles which would activate a particular set of saved commands (a host, port forwarding settings, etc.) with 1 click, rather than having to activate each manually.Great terminal; ridiculous cost - one of the best apps out there - clearly well thought-out & well coded.

2. My one wish is that you could fullscreen the terminal to maximize use of the small mobile screen size (mostly for when I have a Bluetooth keyboard and don't need the extras gobbling up space).This looks like a top notch tool with a well designed interface.

3. Awesome, friendly customer service :) Keep up the great work!While I had this app installed, my phone became so slow it was unusable - I could barely type or even reboot the phone (which didn't even help).

4. You can easily configure which keys appear above the keyboard, it has a compact and handy swipe method for inputting arrow commands, and no crashes.This app works great with my physical keyboard.

5. Other apps have crashed when they've had to display too much information at once, and they've been difficult to configure which keys were easily accessible just above the keyboard.

6. That hasn't been a big deal so far since I don't often need to switch between apps when using Termius, but maybe something for the developers to look at.

7. I do seem to get some crosstalk between apps if I switch to a different app & then come back Termius, which often kills the terminal connection.

8. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have an option to adjust the font size which makes it COMPLETELY useless inside an environment like Samsung DEX which is how I'm using it.

1. Fix Termius Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Termius: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Termius App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Termius" » Open Termius - SSH and SFTP client » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Termius » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Termius - SSH and SFTP client app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Termius servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Termius - SSH and SFTP client" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Termius app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Termius might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Termius. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Termius then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Termius not working

2. Fix Termius Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Termius be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Termius not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Termius may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
