Satisfyer Connect Customer Insights

1. Neither of us can video chat while playing with this and I agree with others that having it run in the background while on the phone would be a great improvement.If you're getting this app with the intention of playing with a partner, don't bother.

2. The remote partner has a very small amount of options to choose from when taking over control, in comparison to close control.The sucker part, was a bit strange to me since it's very deep.

3. Then having to find out through reviews that you have to be on a video chat just to let my partner take control is disappointing and unsatisfying.

4. The need to be in a video call even if you can turn everything off is a little bit annoying since I talk to my partner through the different app and we dont want to use Satisfyer app 100% of the time.

5. And the play requires less focus to play with other peopleThe developers need to realize that not everyone can make a video call, so this feature is very inconvenient, especially when you consider your biggest competitors in this market don't have such a requirement.

6. There's very little access for remote play which was honestly underwhelming for both me and the person I gave control with, it's not very entertaining for them to just have the free control options and not the programs or even the pattern presets.

7. I would love to have a slider for each motor when using more than one, that way you can focus the power where needed instead of overpowering sensitive areas or underwhelming less sensitive areas.Was hoping to use this to replace my other one like it but not having proper a how to guide is frustrating.

8. Please do not remove that feature!!Things I like, can sync up to 4, in single mode you can control each motor separately, seems to work pretty well.

9. There are 2 of us, and both want to control the device without constant pairing/unpairing during the play! All similar apps allow to link devices to 2 phones.

10. But giving control to the partner needs more work.

11. There is no way to switch audio output to speaker or Bluetooth headphones, which makes it really difficult to both do video chat and hear the partner.

1. Fix Satisfyer Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Satisfyer Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Satisfyer Connect App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Satisfyer Connect" » Open Satisfyer Connect » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Satisfyer Connect » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Satisfyer Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Satisfyer Connect servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Satisfyer Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Satisfyer Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Satisfyer Connect might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Satisfyer Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Satisfyer Connect then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Satisfyer Connect not working


2. Fix Satisfyer Connect Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Satisfyer Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Satisfyer Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Satisfyer Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I purchased 2 of the Satisfyer last year. One for myself and one for my daughter inlaw. Hers stopped working a few months ago and now mine has also stopped working. Can u tell me what could be wrong with them as l paid almost $200 for them both.

  • Own the love triangle was trying to connect it and it says device found but won’t connect to the app. But when I tried on my girlfriends Android it connected anyway to fix this issue? I’ve tried removing it from my app and Bluetooth but it won’t remove from the app to try and reconnect it. I’ve also tried deleting my account and making a new one. Also tried deleting and reinstalling the app itself

    bluetuth is activated ( bit not found)
    at the app you see the curfy1+ , and gou get a message the it is found, but it is not possible to connect it. I start the curfy after one sec a beeb, after 4 sec two beeb
    With android it works.
