It's a known issue and they're doing nothing.Not good app, trying to link my license for over two weeks now,and it keeps showing, system is having some issue,I installed and re installed and succeeded to link,but few hours later,on checking again,it same thing, asking to Link again but when I do soot shows system is having issues, very stressfulIt's a nice App, help/staff button really helpful too if you need help!a fantastic app for the navigation, simply could not navigate using Google or waze because of the lane instructions.

2. But didn't realise to check time but for some reason at after noon when I checked the app it's not showing remaining time that's when I realised that parking is not done, paid now.

3. Today I paid parking using one of the app then but it took a long time, later checked for balance one of the app showed 20 n other 10.

7. This is bad for us.The new update fixes all the parking notification issuesIt should show only the dates which are available for booking not all dates.

8. Also kiosk date and app dates are different, m not sure about any other version of android .

9. It creates confusion for users ,after selection of date and time there should be a confirmation screen.

10. The only info I need to enter is zone id, number of hours and they can be easily obtained in a simple form.

1. Restart RTA Dubai Drive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RTA Dubai Drive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RTA Dubai Drive" » Open RTA Dubai Drive » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RTA Dubai Drive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RTA Dubai Drive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RTA Dubai Drive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RTA Dubai Drive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RTA Dubai Drive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RTA Dubai Drive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RTA Dubai Drive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RTA Dubai Drive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RTA Dubai Drive not working
