1. It fixed the issue for me.Very bad experience with this app.. I used to apply online for service on this app since 2 years.. Till last week... If you entered wrong details for visa renewal this will cost you minimum AED 300 To correct it in AAMER centre.. Will not use this app again.

2. DO NOT EVER APPLY RESIDENCE IN THIS APP !!! The application will not reflect in your GDRFA profile and whenever more document required to submit and I want to upload it, the "manage residence" is showing error and I need to wait for more than 3 hours, it cannot be done instantly.

3. It also needs to improve on the ease of access and interface.The application is extremely slow, most of what you get are error messages, you start a simple task then you endup struggling to solve the errors with the complications of the unqualified technical support team.

4. I have to "force stop" the app always for it to function again !! And now even my saved credit cards are not there/missing !!! The app has gone from bad to worse 😕😕😕I had applied for entry permit with this App but unfortunately the application itself after submitting doesnt show in the App so I cant even add the documents needed and finish the application.

Better to pay 50 or 60 to AAMER instead of paying 300 for correction and immigration approval and many visit to immigration and AAMER just to know the problems..and by the way it's keep crashing .. 1 star is more than enough for this appI have used this to pay my RTA parkimg fine and inhave had multiple fines saying I put the wrong info.

6. And when I haven't finish upload document, I click "additional document" but it submit the application instead.

1. Fix DubaiNow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DubaiNow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DubaiNow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DubaiNow" » Open DubaiNow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DubaiNow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DubaiNow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DubaiNow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DubaiNow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DubaiNow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DubaiNow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DubaiNow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DubaiNow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DubaiNow not working

2. Fix DubaiNow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DubaiNow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DubaiNow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DubaiNow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
