1. I use this for work and if I can't enter mileage, it's automatically counted as personal, so this app failing can literally cost me hundreds of dollars... Get it together, folks.Everytime I go to enter my mileage for the day I have to change the date but when attempting to change the end date you scroll to pick the month day and year which are in separate columns so each time I move to the next column the previous one resets .

2. Pretty dumb since the old app version made this process more logical.When I open the app it shows the menu on 3/4 of the screen and the data entry portion to enter mileage on 1/4 screen.

3. The error prevention system pops up while you are selecting dates, making it extremely frustrating and difficult to back log a missed entry day.Occasionally used to work normally.

4. I dont have time to sit around trying to enter mileage FIX ITCan't navigate the application whatsoever.

5. When entering mileage, the date ranges used to auto fill correctly but now need to be manually entered.

6. The amount of entered miles automatically goes to "personal" instead of "business." Easy to correct this stuff but just really requires attention to detail.

7. This app is not optimized for mobile displays of any kind, nor does the display correct itself when viewing landscape.

8. Overall... this app needs a lot of work before it'll be useful.This entire system is a mess.

9. If sits unused for an hour or so, it begins throwing error messages or gets stuck loading or loads incorrectly.

10. It uses a slow rolling date selection system.

1. Fix DonlenDriver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DonlenDriver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DonlenDriver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DonlenDriver" » Open DonlenDriver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DonlenDriver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DonlenDriver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DonlenDriver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DonlenDriver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DonlenDriver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DonlenDriver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DonlenDriver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DonlenDriver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DonlenDriver not working

2. Fix DonlenDriver Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DonlenDriver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DonlenDriver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DonlenDriver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
