1. Tried to register to use the booking feature, but even after creating a username, password and giving my phone number and email, the app couldn't send the verification code to my email account! Very frustrating and I know you'll be "sorry to hear about the problem I had", just wish someone would work out all the bugs before promoting the app.Even if you book the taxi he will pick someone else, I booked 2 taxis for palm Jumeirah, after waiting for half an hour for both, it ended up picking someone else.

2. The live location seems like a scam; either it's on a massive delay, or they are just predicting route locations based on schedule; in any case, a bus is never there where the app says it is.Followed app suggested route on two different occasions and lost my way to the point where I have to come back via Uber.

3. Had to call RTA to get the cab driver name who told me that he didn't have the passenger number hence waited for 10 mins and cancelled the trip.

4. i just wish that in future this wont require data to be able to use.S'hail application has really made my life so easy in terms of traveling through public transports provided by RTA.

5. For example,for the price of metro tickets it said 3AED when in fact it was 6 or even 8 for standard, single trip tickets.

6. It also said leave ADCB metro station exit 2 for the Dubai Frame but it should be exit 1.Edited: before 5 star.

7. I'm using the latest update.Best app for bus timings and shows if the bus are delayed and how long would we have to wait.

8. Booked a cab through chat service, didn't receive any call or message.

1. Fix S'hail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart S'hail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the S'hail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "S'hail" » Open S'hail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for S'hail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear S'hail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from S'hail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "S'hail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check S'hail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, S'hail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall S'hail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall S'hail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing S'hail not working

2. Fix S'hail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make S'hail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to S'hail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, S'hail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
