The magic viewer app is not being maintained and I bought a beautiful new tablet for my security cameras, I was so disappointed when magic viewer did not work with my new tablet! I found Mr patrol and it works with my new tablet! Thank you!trying to change access log in info from the app and cannot find the path to do so anywhere.
2. When it does work it's good, why this is a ongoing issue? This should have been fixed with the update on 11/2018.No longer able to access cameras when connected via WiFi.

4. As long as the credentials are correct this app works flawlessly.Constantly not working properly very annoying when you want to check up on things and you can't because it tells you invalid port and then a month later it starts working again.

Hello, the Mr. Patrol app does not work when not at home. Gives the error "cant access internal ip," however it works on my home internet service.
The error message "The device cannot be found" is popping up and preventing use. The system is connected and we have not made any changes to our address or log-in. How can this be fixed?
Within the last month or so, Playback will not work on the same day data is recorded. Instead, pop up message states "No record data" and is not available until 12:01am the following day. This is unacceptable, we sometimes need to review footage right after an incident occurs, not wait until after midnight. How can this be rectified? Thank you
