Why should I report an Issue with ReRyde - Taxi, Cab, Ride, Trip, Travel?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Much cheaper than cabs and the ability to enter in pickup AND drop off to find estimated fee is very helpful.First time using the app, barely ok, drivers DONT LOOK AT PHYSICAL ADDRESSES and rely heavily on GPS which always sends them to the wrong pickup locations! Second time using the app, words fail to describe how awful it was.

2. That was changed, so that they were only granted if/when actually needed.This app lacks the ability to schedule a ride ahead of time, this wouldn't be an issue if there was a guarentee that a driver would be available.

3. Estimates are provided at the time a booking is being submitted regarding the nearest car, but the actual driver who takes the ride -- if anyone does -- is often at least twice as far away, especially in residential areas.

4. For the most part drivers are friendly, cars are clean and there is very little wait time.

5. The app almost never works properly and sometimes actually deters me from properly booking a ride because the summary from my last ride pops up every couple minutes, but the service itself is a life saver.

6. A suggestion for a future update - if there are no available drivers, indicate as much before the end user tries to book a ride.

7. Not to mention that there is really very little or no wait time for the drivers to arrive and get you going in a matter of time.

8. Driver never showed up, went to wrong pickup and started charging me 24 minutes of wait.

9. Otherwise, super courteous service with consumer-friendly costs!Great car service, it is convenient and easy to use.

10. I have been dealing with the issue of having multiple rides booked at the same time, and I still have to pay for cancellation.

1. Fix ReRyde Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ReRyde: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ReRyde App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReRyde" » Open ReRyde - Taxi, Cab, Ride, Trip, Travel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReRyde » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReRyde - Taxi, Cab, Ride, Trip, Travel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReRyde servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReRyde - Taxi, Cab, Ride, Trip, Travel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ReRyde app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReRyde might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ReRyde. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReRyde then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReRyde not working

2. Fix ReRyde Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReRyde be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReRyde not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReRyde may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
