1. The location history screen does scroll properly.It doesn't work if you don't have the app actively open on your phone (or if the screen shuts off).
2. The relay device won't active either, I tried talking to customer service and they have not responded to my email letting them know that the factory reset they suggested didn't work.
3. The location feature is better but more issues make the device pointless and it doesn't seem like there's a clear resolution.
4. Or the device isn't on the server.Each time there is an update ( well, almost every time ), something doesn't work quite right.
5. It only gets 2 stars because location tracking has been extremely accurate and I am pleased with that feature.We've been using Relay for years now, and performance is noticably degrading.
6. (much longer than 5 minutes) Lately, I'll get a notice that my child has left a Geofence, but the map will persist in a previous location which does not resolve unless the app is restarted.
7. The device continually does not send notifications to my phone when attempting to talk, and the app continually wants me to activate the device although it's already activated.
8. I cannot get this app or the device to work properly for any length of time (and I have done all the trouble shooting suggested).
9. Disappointing since I've contacted customer support, uninstalled/reinstalled the app.At least once a day, I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it because it freezes on the loading screen and won't open.

11. The latest update makes it tricky to find the history screen, once I found it.
