Why should I report an Issue with PlayStation Messages - Check your online friends?

1. Please fix this ASAP! 1 star until fixed.Frequently fails to send messages with the error "Cannot connect to network", even when I have a great connection to my network, or when I am on WiFi, even when all other services on my phone are working fine.

2. I have a strong Wi-Fi connection in my home and it still disconnects or cannot connect to the network so I'm constantly force closing and reopening the app to send messages.

3. Plus the features I listed are not too much to ask for.20% of the time it works every time! Majority of the time it says cannot connect to PS4 and gives me an error code.

4. It really needs to be looked at.You still did not remove the bug where every time I tap on password bar below the email bar in sign in page in app the virtual keyboard doesn't pop up and not allowed to type in the password bar.

5. Nice when it works extremely fruatrating when it doesn't.I used to really enjoy the app because, and this is obvious, it made it easy to communicate with those who didn't use mics and you could message while offline on console.

6. Can receive messages like I'm logged in but any attempts to load into the app will then take me to the log in screen which only gives me an error at sign in attempts.

7. Also I can't stand the fact that I need a second app just to send messages to my friends.

8. I had a LG Stylo 4+,( Just like a year difference between manufacturing ) and I would open the app, and it would cause my phone to shut down, turn on, freeze, and restart.

11. Oddly enough I can register my own PS4 and connect to it but if I stop the connection and try to come back to it, it doesn't connect again.

1. Fix PlayStation Messages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PlayStation Messages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PlayStation Messages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlayStation Messages" » Open PlayStation Messages - Check your online friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlayStation Messages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PlayStation Messages - Check your online friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlayStation Messages servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PlayStation Messages - Check your online friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PlayStation Messages app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PlayStation Messages might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PlayStation Messages. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PlayStation Messages then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PlayStation Messages be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
