1. Please fix this ASAP! 1 star until fixed.Frequently fails to send messages with the error "Cannot connect to network", even when I have a great connection to my network, or when I am on WiFi, even when all other services on my phone are working fine.

2. I have a strong Wi-Fi connection in my home and it still disconnects or cannot connect to the network so I'm constantly force closing and reopening the app to send messages.

1. Fix PlayStation Messages Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PlayStation Messages: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PlayStation Messages App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlayStation Messages" » Open PlayStation Messages - Check your online friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlayStation Messages » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PlayStation Messages - Check your online friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlayStation Messages servers.
