1. The chat bubbles are huge..... Better off sticking with Samsung Messages... I just need something to change the font on my phone for text msgs... I don't want to change the damn theme because I have custom icons and stuff I don't want changed.Everytime i need to txt an ad pops up making it so hard to get your txt done promptly.... Need to remove the ads everytime you click on the app..... Also everytime you leave the app the face page pops up and takes forever.... Shouldnt need to see the face page everytime i go back to the app.... I understand when you close the app but if you leave it running and go back to it the app shows the face page and also throws an ad.... Thisded keeps me from txting more often.....The Ads are out of control.

2. Other than that, the app is easy to use and works well.Where Is the Signature option? The ads are very annoying (too many places) and noisely pops-up full screen is a loosing star addition.

3. The ads are annoying, and when I try to click the option to buy the full version to remove them, it says that the "item is no longer available." So I can't remove the ads.

4. I rated this app 4 stars because of all the cool things it offers in the app like sharing media, gives you cool options to give directions or maps, you can personalize each text convo with color an background and many more features it offers.

7. Now, I'm getting ads, which i wasn't before, and a box pops up everytime I open it asking to give permission to enable "quick sms feature", but it won't allow me.

1. Fix Color SMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color SMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color SMS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color SMS" » Open Color SMS - Your Personal SMS Message » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color SMS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color SMS - Your Personal SMS Message app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color SMS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color SMS - Your Personal SMS Message" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color SMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color SMS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color SMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color SMS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color SMS not working

2. Fix Color SMS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color SMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color SMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color SMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
