1. IP Relay, provided by T-Mobile for Android devices, is a no cost internet-based telecommunications Mobile app for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or who have a Speech Disability who can make and receive relay calls and communicate using text on Androidâ„¢-powered devices running Android 6. 0 or higher, including Androidâ„¢-powered tablets.
2. Although IP Relay can be used for emergency calling, such emergency calling may not function the same as traditional 911/E911 services.
3. If no data plan service selected, casual data charges may apply. Learn more at t-mobile. com/IPRelay.
4. IP Relay app is also available on wireless networks.
5. Features include integrated contact list, call history, and access to live customer care.
6. Connect with a qualified relay operator via IP Relay.
7. International calls will either be blocked or terminated.
8. Available only in USA and US territories.
9. Registration is required to use this app.
10. By using the IP Relay app for emergency calling you agree that T-Mobile is not responsible for any damages resulting from errors, defects, malfunctions, interruptions, or failures in accessing or attempting to access emergency services through IP Relay, whether caused by the negligence of T-Mobile or otherwise.
1. Additionally, most of the operators don't tell you the menu options when you call a business, and there have been multiple instances where an operator has disconnected my call because I was waiting on hold for too long.Good and a MUST for hearing impaired to make outgoing calls.
2. Works in all setting (wifi & cell receptions.) Wish it had a feature to a "customized setting" to vibrate (not the phone's default setting.) Only one slight issue (when setting/signing it up) is that the number given (SR #) is not near your "area" (in many rural locations.)My call log is never accurate.
3. FIX YOUR DAMNED APP AND PUT A DND OPTION.It's alright but lately I've have been having drop calls almost every time I get a call.
4. =( I'm moderate deaf and tone deaf on the phone which is why I have this IP Relay number.I installed the app and tried to set up the service, but during the process I received an error message saying something like " failed multiple attempts of an identity verification".
5. My preferred way of using To-Mobile IP relay is to have a message left transcribed by an operator then I call them back if I wish to communicate with them further.
6. I dont like it and especially relay service opr are very unreliable and way too lazy to type the entire message especially when you return the call they might miss the important news.
7. I only want to use this app for outbound calls or if I wish to receive a scheduled call.
8. How in hell am I making an international phone calls if I am deaf???? Where is app or which relay ??The app is horrible.
9. I tried to answer it on the first vibrate but then it tells me that the call has been disconnected.
10. I am deaf and need this to make and receive phone calls.
11. It's great if you need a transcript for your call along with time stamping.
