1. The app doesn't even try to open, then my phone pops up and says "the app is unresponsive, what would you like to do?" I got my daughter the kidi buzz g2 for her birthday and I don't think she'll be able to use the kidi connect app to message her dad or I... Honest very dissatisfied and disappointed in not being able to open and use the appSo far so all good.

2. I've tried downloading and installing this app multiple times hoping it would help the issue, but every time I try to open the app literally nothing happens.

3. uninstalling the app and re-reinstalled it and still didnt work! very frustrating........Unable to open app after multiple attempts re-installing.

4. Disappointing as one of the main reasons I bought the Kidibuzz phone was so that my youngest could "text" me while I'm at work if he were missing me.I'm not happy with this app at all.

5. Don't waste your money on the "toy" either.App won't open , just automatically refreshes Pacheco to the playstore install page.

6. Remember its a fake kid phone not a real phone people Great SAFE way for your kid to have a phone when still to you g to have an actual phone.

1. Fix VTech KidiConnect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VTech KidiConnect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VTech KidiConnect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VTech KidiConnect" » Open VTech KidiConnect™ (CA English » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VTech KidiConnect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VTech KidiConnect™ (CA English app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VTech KidiConnect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VTech KidiConnect™ (CA English" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VTech KidiConnect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VTech KidiConnect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VTech KidiConnect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VTech KidiConnect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VTech KidiConnect not working

2. Fix VTech KidiConnect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VTech KidiConnect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VTech KidiConnect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VTech KidiConnect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
