1. Don't pay for a free service.Worked great for the first two months but for the last 8 months, I can't even log in! When contacted customer service about it, they just said they're working on an update and to use the internet instead of the app, but the site glitches!!Was great.

2. I've tried to enter debts 5 times, force restart app, updates, restart phone, etc.. Tons ofAn app you have to PAY for to 'help you save' is a joke right? Here's a free tip.. there's plenty of free apps that already do this.

3. Now it just gives the blue screen.The app itself is great and I love all the information, but I am having to relog in at least 6-10 times a day because it keeps kicking me out while I'm in the middle of listening to the lessons.

4. I pressed the wrong one to login and it is forcing me to go through the whole new member process instead of just going to the next lesson that I left off at.

5. Now when I go in the "add debt" button isn't becoming click-able (all 4 fields, including the 2 required, are filled out).

1. Fix FinancialPeace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FinancialPeace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FinancialPeace App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FinancialPeace" » Open FinancialPeace » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FinancialPeace » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FinancialPeace app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FinancialPeace servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FinancialPeace" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FinancialPeace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FinancialPeace might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FinancialPeace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FinancialPeace then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FinancialPeace not working

2. Fix FinancialPeace Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FinancialPeace be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FinancialPeace not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FinancialPeace may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
