1. Customer service did nothingAwful experience.. the worst app and customer service.. tried it twice to deliver gifts in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait .both experiences are horribleThey offer services that they don't commit to it, I paid extra charge for fast delivery ( within 60minutes) and sure they failed to deliver it, the staff repeating information without even understand it.as well they misleading people by asking to register to get 10% discount, which never happened for the 1st orderWorst experience ever I got a surprise for my wife they called her a day before and told her asking for address !!!!! although i added the address and my phone no.

I tried several times but no luck.I tried to place an order but it kept showing a pop up message " An un expected error occurred" and bu contacting their customer service, they didn't know how to solve the problem, She asked my to delete the app and re-download it and guess what the same problem appears and no change occurred.

3. You will never be satisfied with any order u place as u don't get what u pay for & unfortunately it took me a few orders to realize it.. Their delivery process is terrible as despite putting address & pinpointing the location, they still call the recipient asking for address & location which is annoying.
