1. I get nonstop notifications throughout the day for the same thing over and over again.Edit 5/18/22 The new ads you all started are horrible! Now when I run Super Economy it jumps to a full screen ad that I have to click off two or three times before I can use any other tools! I won't go through that every time I go to close things on my phone! If you don't fix it I'll go find something else.

Thank you!It did a very good job when it came to cleaning (cache, junk, etc) however it kept doing an override of my (device) settings, changing things like brightness, shut off/sleep mode & font size (I have vision issues & had them set accordingly) - always had to go back & re-do them & I didn't even have that option enabled in the app, so it shouldn't have been changing them, anyway.

3. I love this ap and use multiple times each day!My phone has been draining the battery and working horribly for the past few months.

1. Fix dfndr per Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart dfndr per: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the dfndr per App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "dfndr per" » Open dfndr performance: clean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for dfndr per » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear dfndr performance: clean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from dfndr per servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "dfndr performance: clean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check dfndr per app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, dfndr per might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall dfndr per. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall dfndr per then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing dfndr per not working

2. Fix dfndr per Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make dfndr per be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to dfndr per not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, dfndr per may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
