Thanks again!! :)Hey guys the customer support people are able to unlock the old features for you if you simply send them an email they will update your accounts interface to allow you to use it the same way sorry if you guys are upset with the new default page but they had to revamp the default menu due to how easily this app could've been misused.This used to be my go-to app when getting ahold of somebody that didn't want to answer my calls.

Thank you.I love the app very easy to use and super cool and it functions as it says .. however the fact you have to buy credits and when you make a call even if there is no answer it still charges you .. that's not cool.. and also if the app had the voice changer that would be the ultimate app and be the best on the market ! Now if it could also do anonymous texting that would complete the app and send it above all the rest.I really enjoyed using this app.

So i give you 1 starThe old app was so much better, last time I buy mins, at first it charged my card 3.00 asked what it charged I told it and it charged and extra 6.99 so I am over charged the 3.00, then a week later I get a charge on my card for a Target purchase of 104.00 and had to cancell my card, Not sure who the people areBest out there.

4. Had I known it changed for the worse, I wouldn't have purchased credits and downloaded this app! The old version was waaaay better! We had the option of using numbers from our personal contacts.

5. Hands down! ***Just ask support to activate the old features and you can still be able to put in your own numbers to show up on the phone you are calling.

6. Not worth downloading! There's FREE apps on Google play, that offer the same service, for FREE!I really enjoyed the old version.

7. However I miss the record and save ur conversation feature that I used when returning calls from rude debt collectors but especially so because of my ex husbands threats he made when u offered the record n save feature.

8. But the new version doesn't allow to do that, it has preprogrammed numbers that you have to select from.

9. It didnt bother me too pay for minutes because you where able to choose whatever number you wanted to show up on there caller id.

1. Fix Private Callr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Private Callr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Private Callr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Private Callr" » Open Private Callr - Secure & Anony » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Private Callr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Private Callr - Secure & Anony app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Private Callr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Private Callr - Secure & Anony" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Private Callr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Private Callr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Private Callr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Private Callr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Private Callr not working

2. Fix Private Callr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Private Callr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Private Callr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Private Callr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
