1. Otherwise, this app is amazing and I'll keep using it :)It has always been reliable and pretty easy for most of us to use! Also it's very accessible and inclusive! Ik there's alot of customization options to make the profiles as indepth and detailed as the user(s) want, which I def appreciate, don't get me wrong...I just wish there were a few more niche specific features I'd love to see be added, like allowing friends, trusted friends, or Imo the best case scenario letting the user pick & choose friends to view an alter's notes sections.Wasn't allowed to register, I got stuck waiting on "Registering" my email and I didn't want to sign in from Google.

It can be hard to remember things when you have 140+ headmates, especially when keeping track of switches/fronting which usually consists of at least 2-5 at once going up to 20 or more.It's amazing! It works awesome! Some bugs a tiny bit then and there but not counting those it's awesome! If you guys don't know if you should get this or not, definitely get it! It keeps up fantastically and it's super easy to add alters! Really beautiful! Adding friends is one of the best parts, not needing to actually tell them who is front they can just go in the app and see! Definitely a 5 star in my opinion!An amazing app, it helps us keep track of our headmates in a quick and easy way! Also very useful for our friends, so they know who is in front and who they are talking to.

1. Fix Simply Plural Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simply Plural: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simply Plural App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simply Plural" » Open Simply Plural » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simply Plural » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simply Plural app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simply Plural servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simply Plural" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simply Plural app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simply Plural might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simply Plural. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simply Plural then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simply Plural not working

2. Fix Simply Plural Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simply Plural be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simply Plural not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simply Plural may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
