I precygot a call for Baqati offer and they said it's an offer of 3 months when you subscribe ,I accepted to be on the plan since it's a 3 months offer but when I went to the App it show it's a one months offer,The App and customer care side are both on different trackThis has to be the slowest application I have ever used, it moves at the speed of dialup internet, which is fitting since the company that owns it hasn't updated its servcies since the early 2000s.It was excellent experience.
2. App is not able to show all plans and options subscribed to! And many other important issues! Very disappointing for an operator such as Omantel!!The app is not running well , it is choppy and heavy , I am running it on a new Samsung flagship and still its not running smoothly and quickly .secondly , the hayyak plans are so bad , there are no medium-priced plans with a suiting gb and minutes, all I find is a low gb and mins plan with a high price or higher gb and mins plan with a much higher price .
3. Regarding issue on omantel post paid billing called customer care went to outlet and also contacted through their what's up.
4. You can't get the required service/ option easily.Customer care agent introduced him/herself to assist you ,Once you place your query they disappear.
5. In what's up agent introduced and disappeared while gone to outlet they are asking to contact customer service.
6. Excellent customer service hoping that all your staff like him.The worst program I've ever seen, very Slow, and required to be REPROGRAMMED.
7. While customer service asked to contact with outlet or Whatsapp up.
8. There is any concern person or contact number for registering complaints for omantel.The worst app, it is slow and not user-friendly.
9. Same for the sms offers , they are not varied and suitable , you must vary your plans and offers so that we can subscribe more often .
10. It is Waist of time.Am using omantel app for last 6 months.
11. New update doesn't even allow me to login with my fingerprint, as it did before! App doesn't allow to top up with normal international credit cards.
