Overall I am quite happy with this app, but I also think it can be improved!Clean interface, soothing background music, love the fact that a lot of content is free, only suggestion is that, the user may be allowed to choose the background music from the app and there may be a feature that if you have meditated for a specific period of time, some of the premium features may be unlocked, otherwise great app.Just started using it n I love it already.
2. And he starts to use the same scenarios even with other topics! So it quickly becomes useless and boring and I ended my premium and went to an actual meditation app with more variety.I've been using the free version and was going to upgrade, but now none of the sessions load and/or take FOREVER to load.
3. So disappointing as it WAS greatly beneficial while it lasted :/ ***UPDATE: the free version apparently received an upgrade and is now back to working great - so consider this now a 5-star for customer service response and improving ther app.
4. You have ultimately the control to determine your own future.New to the world of meditation and I'm immediately impressed and feeling great! The courses available are plentiful, whether you have a couple minutes or much longer, there is a topic and length for everyone.
5. For someone like me who likes to listen to multiple primers in a row...I would like to see an option to add whole courses to favorites, or improved ways to filter trough the primers to find them faster.
6. After one session I got back to my yoga practice that I was struggling with to get even started for quite some time.Super helpful, setting aside the time to kind of rewind and take things from a more powerful place a higher energy.
7. But in the free trial it only let's you do day one which defeats the whole purpose of the trial trying to see if you can actually benefit from paying $10 a month or not.
8. Very unsatisfactory for right now.Great App! Using it the whole family! There is a always a topic for everyone, regardless of state of mind.
9. Don't hesitate, go for it! You won't be disappointed!I usually have trouble with meditating and stuff like that, but the first course this app made me FEEL the relaxation.
10. Also an option to play the primers at 10-20% faster speed would be nice Btw I also did some performance coaching with Elliot back in the day.
11. Personally enjoy the evening meditation before bed and also boosters for the morning that I do in the train before going to work.
