1. We also asked postmates drivers to park in front of our store and the APP will still show that we are closed.The order pops up right when the customer orders, a driver hasn't even been assigned sometimes it's a half hour before a driver arrives.
2. Postmates also tags on a lot of back end fees that the merchant doesn't see... thus leaves customers upset and its cringe worthy when they find out you as a store owner don't have insight.
3. Even drivers know their customers serviceis TRASH!Postmates claims we are closed constantly.
4. One answer they often use is that they dont have postmates drivers available but the restaurant 600 feet away who pays for ads is available.
5. Alarm Once for confarmation and once for pick up is good but it makes continuous sound it is really annoying.Worst app I have ever seen, not intuitive at all, lack of options, we had to use it since this is what post mate has but, we all hope something better comes in soon.
6. Using other delivery apps as well and only postmates have problems all the time.
7. Spent over 45 minutes with them just to troubleshoot an update.Not user friendly... there are a lot of features that aren't available on the website version of the portal and vice versa.
8. I cannot rely on a phone operator who does not know my menu to answer questions.
9. When we call postmates support they tend to have different answers everytime.
10. Postmates doesn't even know their own app or how to use it.Keeps alarming which is annoying.
11. We often have to lie about our the time needed to complete an order just to attempt to get drivers at a reasonable time.
