1. $40 orders, and then after an hour and 40 minutes after the driver is picked app my order, They canceled the order saying the driver couldn't complete The delivery.
2. But fix the tipping change button like for example: If the order is being out of delivery, you as the customer has the option to change it.
3. But they've been screwing me over even before the pandemic.I think a $4.00 service fee per order is excessive if placing multiple orders at the same time.
4. I also find less driver availability in my area during promotions so I don't get to take advantage of them often and curiously, a restaurant I frequent is "too far"? Others are further away.Promotions are good when they work.
5. Maybe because of the area I live in now and those around, usually the delivery is nice but it's because those setting up the orders (including the wait times) it got worse.
6. Other than that delivery is on time if not sooner and food remains hot as well as no issues with them finding my location.It's been rough.
7. I understand the need to inflate the prices of individual items, so there are cons, but overall, a nice service with a good app.
8. Also, it would be nice if it kept your transaction history even when the item you ordered is removed from the menu or highlight places with a similar menu item.Frankly I am really tired of postmates.
9. I worry that the restaurants and drivers aren't being paid fairly so I feel more pressure to tip generously when using the app but then again for that reason I tend not to use it too much.
10. Only 4 stars cuz I had a promo code from FB ad that gave $25 off any order of $35 or more but while it was active it was limited and never found a restaurant I could order from that it would be applied to.
11. I like seeing just one or two fees: operating costs, maybe delivery (shown as line-items, not buried behind "taxes & fees").
