1. The app crashes itself and says "OOPS no products to display" so you have to press the back arrow and go back to the start picking a category and finding the last place you were at.

2. Also what's the deal with not being able to copy text from the app, yet you don't have any sharing options to send links to others for suggestions or recommendations.Have tried using the app many times over the past few years.

3. You look at a item and go to back out to keep looking at other items in the category and it either is really slow to reload, or won't reload, or reloads only about half of the items in the category.

4. I've seen times where you can barely edit the cart, where half the shopping menus don't appear, currently selecting filters or sorting causes infinite loading and the results never appear.

5. Double check the prices and amounts before you checkout.Unusable. Can not enter my address for shipping on the app, only on a computer.

1. Fix Under Armour Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Under Armour: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Under Armour App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Under Armour" » Open Under Armour » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Under Armour » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Under Armour app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Under Armour servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Under Armour" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Under Armour app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Under Armour might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Under Armour. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Under Armour then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Under Armour not working

2. Fix Under Armour Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Under Armour be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Under Armour not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Under Armour may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
