Unfortunately, they don't provide the option for users to manually handle the bluetooth connection, and leave alone the app from the discovery functionality, which is the reason the location permission is needed.The photo lab seems like a great product but when I downloaded the app my phone was not supported for some of the fratures despite the fact it was listed as such.

2. I wish there was suggested settings for the color saturation and exposure when you're ready to print so you didn't have to waste 1-4 photos trying to get the photo to turn out the way it should have the first time.App is fantastic for getting pictures and videos shared with friends and family.

3. The app is super easy to use and getting your photos printed as a polaroid is very cool! A photo could be printed elsewhere but this format has a feel that a regular picture cannot capture.

4. When I click the camera it says "this device needs an app to connect" despite the app being open.

5. Camera won't connect to the app despite it clearly coming up on my phones Bluetooth device list.

1. Fix Polaroid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Polaroid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Polaroid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Polaroid" » Open Polaroid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Polaroid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Polaroid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Polaroid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Polaroid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Polaroid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Polaroid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Polaroid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Polaroid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Polaroid not working

2. Fix Polaroid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Polaroid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Polaroid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Polaroid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
