1. FIX THE APP AND MAKE IT USER FRIENDLYEver single time i need to log in a message comes up that" multiple people are using this email" please call this # ..... I am the only one using this email address never had any problems any where else only at "pm pediatrics " this issue exists every single time! Is this happening to anyone else?Easy to use and convenient when the doctors offices are full or you need to be swabbed for Covid they ask which location you are near.
2. This app needs A LOT OF WORK.I was trying to add my daughter for a telemed appointment ,it won't let me and keepa saying i need authorization. On a Pixel 4A 5G with the latest version of Android and this app crashes every time I try to enter patient info.
3. This renders the app useless, as a video / telemedicine appointment can't be made without any patient info, ('make an appointment' option in-app also crashes out for me repeatedly). This app is totally horrible and not user friendly.
4. Telehealth from this urgent care is great idea in theory, but only if you're lucky enough to catch the app on a good dayIt was fast to registered and the doctor was very caring and provided all the information needed.
5. It was a win win for me.I used this for the first time on Android and didn't have any issues with set up or video chat.
6. I was concerned with a rash on my toddler's back and was able to upload a picture and have a video chat with a doctor within a minute or two of requesting a visit.
7. Also my daughter's insurance is not on the list, but is accepted.....Over all not impressed with this lackluster thrown together app I'd rather call and schedule but they force you to use their trash app.
8. Highly recommend using televisit for colds/virus/pink eye and anything that is not necessary needed to go into the clinic.
9. Saves time, and your child doesn't get introduced to the new virus.
10. Try emailing the email when the insurance doesn't validate in the app and you don't get a tinely response (if any).
11. And I'm trying to add him but I keep getting a message that I need authorization to do so.
