Please fix this I really love this app.Its good but not great, you need to add actual tv shows, i have tried searching a few common shows with zero results, I tested an old movie and it worked, but still i need tv show episodes more than movies, please add them.I have give these five stars because you (the maker of this app) are a genious.

4. And maybe have the casting to tv activated it would be much better.Is a good app but when i start watching a movie after a few minutes it stops and mobue frezee and stop that"s i am giving you 2 stars.

I hope they keep it this way :DI'm rating this 6 stars, yes! 6 stars when the first week I'm using this but right now i dont know what the heck happens i can't open it, it always says "under maintenance, please cpme back later" but in my friends they can use it comfortably, I'm getting pissed already, I even format my phone thinking that maybe the problem is my phone but no.

1. Fix Play HD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Play HD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Play HD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Play HD" » Open Play HD - TV Show & Movies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Play HD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Play HD - TV Show & Movies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Play HD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Play HD - TV Show & Movies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Play HD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Play HD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Play HD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Play HD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Play HD not working

2. Fix Play HD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Play HD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Play HD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Play HD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
