Why should I report an Issue with AMC: Stream TV Shows, Full Epi?

1. It'll let me watch other shows, but I've tried to play numerous episodes and it will show the still photo at the beginning, turn black with the spinning buffer arrow, then stop trying and go back to the still photo.

If you can fix the issue, I'll up my rating because I otherwise like the app...but I can't watch the only shows I care about on it.I love some of the shows but every time I watch in the app, i get 75% through the episode and then all of a sudden it starts having connection issues on the commercial break.

3. (Same poor performance using Kindle Fire stick app) Casting to devices, or watching on phone screen, this app is a terrible way to view what could conceivably be decent programs.With this app you get 5 minutes of a program and 2 minutes 30ish seconds of commercials.

4. It's very annoying to try to catch up on my shows, and all I get is an 8 minute preview, and half of that time isEver since the last update, subtitles don't work anymore (a blessing, perhaps, since they were atrocious before) and the audio doesn't sync up with the video.

5. I'd love to be able to watch amc shows without having to use my directv app to do it.

6. Uninstalling & reinstalling the app did not fix the problems.Can't upgrade to premiere to watch The Walking Dead.

7. Seems like a scam to make you watch more ads so they get more money.This thing freezes multiple times everytime I try to watch a show.

8. So far I have had it happend 5 times in a row trying to watch walking dead.

9. At the beginning of a show, they're pretty well synced, but a couple of minutes in, there's a visible blip and from then on the sync gets worse and worse.

10. If you have to stop or rewind 15 seconds, there's a good chance it will freeze and if you do get it working again after several minutes you will have to sit through the commercials again.

11. The volume of the commercials is ridiculously higher than the program, so it's a constant play with the volume level type of experience.

1. Fix AMC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AMC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AMC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AMC" » Open AMC: Stream TV Shows, Full Epi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AMC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AMC: Stream TV Shows, Full Epi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AMC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AMC: Stream TV Shows, Full Epi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AMC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AMC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AMC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AMC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AMC not working

2. Fix AMC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AMC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AMC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AMC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
