Why should I report an Issue with wako - TV & Movie Tracker?

1. In addition a mouse is needed for operation in android tv.I paid the £1.29 the first time and that removed ads and gave me access to all features but after a month I had to pay again! But 2nd time for the same price you now get adverts and the prompt to pay £37.49 for 'premium' which in reali there no new features and this just removes the pay wall to add ons and stops the intrusive 30 second long adverts.

2. I have no problem with some ads, but trying to launch a show means sometimes I have to close 5-6 full screen popups with audio is too much.Excellent movies and tv series tracker/guide syncing among different devices.

4. Love the concept and seems to do everything it's supposed to except I'm constantly getting "Network error - please check your internet connection" errors when trying to load content in the app.

5. But I am taking one star off because for about the last 6 months The main home screen that shows you up next listing, a lot of times when I click on a show it bring up a different show.

6. I am really looking forward to using simkl + trakt trackers; I find it frustrating, even upsetting, when I can't keep my content synced.

7. I had some trouble buying the lifetime license, that may have been by design though? Removing and re-adding trakt caused the option to appear again.

9. In android tv currently app shortcut does not appear in home screen and need to use loader to access.

10. 1st I'd like to be able to customize the notification time to get notified of an episode one hour before the show airs.

1. Fix wako Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart wako: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the wako App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "wako" » Open wako - TV & Movie Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for wako » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear wako - TV & Movie Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from wako servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "wako - TV & Movie Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check wako app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, wako might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall wako. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall wako then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing wako not working

2. Fix wako Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make wako be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to wako not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, wako may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
