Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Play Story Issues
1. Fix Play Story Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Play Story: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Play Story App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Play Story" » Open Play Story » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Play Story » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Play Story app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Play Story servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Play Story" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Play Story app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Play Story might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Play Story. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Play Story then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Play Story not working
