1. Very annoying to have to watch a black screen and go back in and try to watch again to no avail since it just goes to another commercial break when I return.THE ADS TAKE FOREVER!! I don't mind that there are ads, I do mind that 90% of the breaks for the ads end up freezing on a black screen.

2. A part of an episode I was watching started glitching out with the sound, and the ads don't play sometimes so you've just wasted five minutes looking at a black screen.

3. Now suddenly like almost every commercial break it plays the same ad three times, then the screen freezes and even my phones back button doesn't work.

4. I also wish it were more like other apps and give you the option on mobile apps to rewind or fast forward for 10 secs at a time (like YouTube).

5. Always has some sort of error so you can watch shows or look for shows.I'm happy that there's an app so that I can watch a lot of my favorite shows and it's easy to use.

6. Once the ad issue is resolved, I will watch my favorite shows way more often.I got this app to watch I Survived.

7. Even after all that, I STILL had to watch the damn ad!! Other than that I enjoy the app, & it's content.

8. If you choose the 30 second interactive ad, which is a great and not so great option, you will get get shorter ads but even more frequently than every 10 minutes which is already OVERKILL.

10. When you pause a show and try to start it, it either freezes or crashes and you have to back out in order to get back into it.

11. This happened to me yesterday & it was like that for close to 20 minutes!! I actually was doing something else, & forgot that I was waiting for the show to resume.

1. Fix Lifetime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lifetime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lifetime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lifetime" » Open Lifetime: TV Shows & Movies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lifetime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lifetime: TV Shows & Movies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lifetime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lifetime: TV Shows & Movies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lifetime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lifetime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lifetime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lifetime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lifetime not working

2. Fix Lifetime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lifetime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lifetime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lifetime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
