Why should I report an Issue with Gallery?

Now it became a folder having spelling error in my phone.I feel so bad.I really like this app, mainly bcuz it doesn't really have ads, only when I go into settings but the problems I have with it is the crop is a little hard to use and it doesn't have an option to add a text to the image, that's all💯 I also think it would be cool to add a dark mode and if you could choose what background you would wanna put at the top👌🏼Good app, only one I can find since having to change phones, that you can MOVE your pictures to other folders and DELETE pics.

My suggestion is the addition of a third option view "videos" , so all videos can be found easily in just one place.Great app, but sometimes it's slow to recognize or process the security parameters it requests... And that after accessing files in the list and click back, you automatically go back to the beginning of the list, rather than continue from where you stopped, also noticed some trip offs on app, needs to relaunch the app to continue experienceI love this app, really useful but there's one problem.

But the ads keep coming in between interfering while seeing the pics, this demolishes the experience, and also, the app comes out suddenly sometimes which gets annoying especially when your dealing with searching or editing the photographs.Uh... Well, I'd rate it 5 star as the app is simple and easy! But I liked the gallery preset of the last version.

4. It's good, helps a lot especially when he phone doesn't come with a pre-installed gallery, as it's really important to sort out photos.

5. WHY? I've had the look of the one before your ugly updated version for 10 years or more! I don't understand why developers feel the need to change something that's perfectly fine.

6. Also, the latest update doesn't have the options of hiding a picture or album, rotating it directly from the picture.

7. Quickly I created a folder, and I found it has the spelling error, and when I wanted to edit it, I couldn't.

8. The latest version may have new editing tools but, I don't like the new gallery preset.

9. Please bring those back...Its very useful for sorting videos, images in phone.

11. It's hard to make an album because u still have to choose what folder and all that instead of just pressing the plus, naming ur album and done.

1. Fix Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery" » Open Gallery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery not working

2. Fix Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
