Why should I report an Issue with GIFMob - Stop Motion Animation?

1. I really wish I could give it more stars, because it's a begginer friendly app.It's a very good app for make stop motion videos.

2. I opened it up and it seemed fine, but then I tried setting it up on a makeshift phone stand of sorts and IT WAS POSSED BY SATAN! Like the switch camera thing would NOT STOP FLIPPING! But wait, THERE'S MORE! I exported the thing and it's flipped.

9. Warning: Do not take more than 300 pics or the app will crash and you will lose all your work!This is a really good app! It's just a bit confusing to learn, but it's good.

10. The only thing that would make this app better is the ability to edit GIFs after they have been made and a help button to tell you what certain buttons do.

11. Don't bother getting the no ad pass, the ads are so scarce anyway! The only forced ad is after you finish making the animation, and even then you can skip it after 5 seconds.

1. Fix GIFMob Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIFMob: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIFMob App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIFMob" » Open GIFMob - Stop Motion Animation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIFMob » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIFMob - Stop Motion Animation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIFMob servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIFMob - Stop Motion Animation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIFMob app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIFMob might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIFMob. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIFMob then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIFMob not working

2. Fix GIFMob Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIFMob be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIFMob not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIFMob may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
