Why should I report an Issue with MakeIt3D - 3D Camera?

1. Using the entire app in landscape would be handy too!I am professional 3D Stereographer and this is great way for people to get into 3D photography of still subjects, so if your doing a portrait of a friend in 3d, get them to be in a comfortable position and get them to look at a point in the distance so there eyes dont move, then when there happy take a left and right image, when you move the camera to the right for the 2nd shot, keep it horizontal, dont let your phone move up or down, and dont move the camera to far to the R just a few mm is bestI thought ''Auto'' button will adjust the photo automatically, but it simply rotate the picture slightly in anti-clock wise and distorts it, moving the picture to the left corner and leaving the rest of it empty (black screen).

2. Great work, now fix camera.It does as advertised, altought there is no option to turn off the auto camera flash and I wish there was a paid option to remove ads aswell.

3. I think that the app is a really great idea, but possibly a brief tutorial, or at the very least an included tutorial when purchasing the auto alignment upgrade would be really helpful.

4. Aliens (Amber & purple) mode would be nice too.Pretty good app! We need to be able to change the preview 3D mode! I only work with side-by-side so the preview window and adjustments are useless to me.

5. I apologize if I just completely missed something.I've been having lots of fun with this app and it works very well but one feature missing is an distance adjust between left and right images for SBS.

6. I purchased the auto alignment upgrade but all it seems to do is kinda tilt my photos at an angle and no 3d, glasses or not.

7. The only on app purchase is the Auto, but that doesn't get rid of ads.?? There needs to be some kind of instructions to work this app to fullest.

8. I used to do my 3D compositing in Photoshop, this lacks that level of control, but the default results are excellent nine times out of ten.This is currently the only app that does what it does without any fail.

9. I would recommend some kind of eraser function so we can remove the 3D effect from certain aspects so the 3D segments look that much more 3D.

10. I would pay full price for this app and give it 5 starts if you add this option.This app is basic, but turns out decent quality anaglyphs and stereograms quickly and easily.

1. Fix MakeIt3D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MakeIt3D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MakeIt3D App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MakeIt3D" » Open MakeIt3D - 3D Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MakeIt3D » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MakeIt3D - 3D Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MakeIt3D servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MakeIt3D - 3D Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MakeIt3D app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MakeIt3D might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MakeIt3D. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MakeIt3D then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MakeIt3D not working

2. Fix MakeIt3D Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MakeIt3D be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MakeIt3D not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MakeIt3D may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
