Why should I report an Issue with Life Lapse: Stop Motion Video?

1. Firstly, I forgot to switch from "mini video clips" to "stop motion photos"; " No problem", I though, "I didn't move the camera in that time, so it will look fine".

2. I really hope this app gets better and better! Good luck guys! Keep it up!I've just started using the app, made my first video and love it, can't wait to make more! But the app isn't allowing me to download what I've made.

3. Either make it the button more accessible or implement it if it isn't there.Excruciatingly Slow & involved Rendering! On the face of ita good app, but Video rendering cqn take 40 mins, during which time the app has to be open on the screen! Unbelievable.

4. I even upgraded to Pro but still wasn't able to export.I spent 45 minutes creating a stop motion video, or so I thought.

5. *** I spent a lot of time creating a video for my Boutique and keep getting an error when I try to export it.

6. My 97 frames should form a 1 min and 37 second stop motion, BUT the app displays the first frame ONLY for that entire duration.

7. I also would like it if you could upload your videos to apps like YouTube.Cool app in theory, but it's really limited without the ability to adjust the speed of your animation when it's complete.

8. It's a shame as I really like the interface of the appFinally an app that does it and works! I'd like to know if I can choose the video quality when exporting.

9. For example, if you shoot 60 frames your video will be one minute long, when it would likely look best at around 6 seconds.

10. I made a super short animation with around 20 frames and when I watched it, each frame was shown for around a second.

11. But a couple features that I really am hoping that are added, are things in editing that make it possible to add text into clips, because I don't like using my voice.

1. Fix Life Lapse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Life Lapse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Life Lapse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Life Lapse" » Open Life Lapse: Stop Motion Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Life Lapse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Life Lapse: Stop Motion Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Life Lapse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Life Lapse: Stop Motion Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Life Lapse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Life Lapse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Life Lapse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Life Lapse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Life Lapse not working

2. Fix Life Lapse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Life Lapse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Life Lapse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Life Lapse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
