1. Not take an image only... And it starts slow in recording even though I set it to 1 second detection, always few seconds late..Super lagging DV001 door viewer.

2. Then swipe it away in 'recent apps' As for my internet setup, I am using an Asus mesh router.By the time you connect to the app, your delivery guy would have left your door.

3. Can Philips do something about it ? I bought my viewer few days ago because I thought it is a reputable brand and good quality but seems it is worst then Eques which I had previously.

5. This is my workaround for the app: -Set battery management to "unrestricted" in Android settings -If the app is stuck on "preparing to play video", quit the app and force close it -To prevent the app from getting stuck again, never use the 'back' button on the phone to close the app.

6. My advice to others: not to purchase their door viewer device even its reputable.

7. 10s video recording captures noting coz by the the time it is activated the person already have gone.

9. Need a serious update.Load live view via app seems to take forever on mobile.

1. Fix Philips EasyKey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Philips EasyKey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Philips EasyKey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Philips EasyKey" » Open Philips EasyKey » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Philips EasyKey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Philips EasyKey app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Philips EasyKey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Philips EasyKey" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Philips EasyKey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Philips EasyKey might not work.
