1. I wasn't able to search for flights because the booking page is not working properly (no city and airport is displayed even when I entered a correct city and selected dates are not reflected).Everything is smooth until you reach the payment portion where the app would just say that the transaction was unsuccessful and asking you to use a different card.
2. Used website but that was rubbish too - gave me a good price for fares but as I tried to progress to payment kept giving messages like that fare no longer available and tax rate has changed so the fairly cheap fare almost doubled in price.
3. I know my bad not checking it but it surely help if there's customer details in the billing page same as the website.Tried the app wouldn't give me the option to select number of passengers.
4. Next day's flight is now cheaper, then when I chose it, it became higher again, and so on.Booked a flight, payment is successful but didn't receive the email for confirmation.
5. There's no even a way to check if the flight was successfully booked using the payment reference number, because there's no such feature both in the web and mobile app.
6. Never again.PAL need to improve their app & web site big time! it's not user friendly and makes it complicated even to check-in a flight or when selecting flight schedules.
7. ππTried booking, and noticed that the price the next day is significantly cheaper, so I picked that date.
8. I'm sure many more defects.Nothing happens when you select booking from the home screen; you'd have to select booking from the menu instead.
9. and what is with the questionnaire that you need to answer? nobody would be stupid enough select an answer that could get you into trouble.Dumb app.
10. The website has you registered with email and password, then the app asks for your rewards number and password.
11. In the billing page doesn't have the details of the customer if the name spelled correctly or not.
