1. I would pay for this app rather than wasting time with ads that lead you down a rabbit hole.It would be far better if there were no frames or choices and you could input your canvas size and it would make it to fit the ratio for the room.

2. Instead you get things like a nice room setup and a space themed frame for you art!?! There should be the option of frame styles and an options of sizes per room for this to be of any benefit to artists.Best one I've tried.

3. Simply enlarging or shrinking a photo of my painting to fit the allotted frame does not show what the painting will really look like on a wall.Loved the app.

4. I found that when I resized the image it was inclined to tilt and then I had to get it level again.It would be exactly what I was looking for if it allowed me to put in the dimensions of my painting and the frame match that.

5. More options where the images can be displayed in a club or pub or hotel lobby also will look amazing.Boring frames, mostly kitchy backgrounds.

6. Frames cannot be changed to fit the artwork size.

7. It would be a great way to show your art in real home decor but need to be able to size the display model to the size of your canvas.

8. You can adjust the size of your photo to your own liking instead of being forced to crop out half of your picture.

9. Only for the slanting and tilted frames it could have an option to edit the pics in that way.

10. Terribly ugly, clippart-based unnatural frames destroy the composition.

11. The frame will cut off large parts of your art and photo to make it fit.Too many pop up ads interfere with the experience of this app.

1. Fix Hall Frames Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hall Frames: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hall Frames App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hall Frames" » Open Hall Frames for Pictures » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hall Frames » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hall Frames for Pictures app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hall Frames servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hall Frames for Pictures" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hall Frames app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hall Frames might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hall Frames. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hall Frames then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hall Frames not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hall Frames be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hall Frames not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hall Frames may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
