1. I went to the office to be told I now have to reapply for a parking pass because my old account has been blocked and now I cannot park in any of the employee parking lots because they are all full and sold out which I find extremely hard to believe that every single parking in every single lot is completely occupied for the shifts that I come in which is Sunday through Thursday' 1600-0030.
2. It doesn't seem to be able to do anything that it's supposed to.App keeps saying I have no account when I try to log in but I have no issues logging into the website.Slow and would not find parking lot location.Worthless. Shows one lot that is not reservableApp never eorks rightRates are not accurate!Lots of issues with app.
3. Another issue with the whole parking policy is that I cannot pay in advance for an upcoming moth but yet when I went to the office at the beginning of December there is a sign that says parking for December and January is sold out which makes absolutely no sense.
4. No helpful service has been provided by your company or any of your staff at any point, I have only been referred to go online to fix the issue which a majority of the time isn't on the website, like switching parking lots.
5. If I don't pay by the first of the month my card gets blocked and cant park for the rest of the month, if it's sold out for the next month then I can't purchase a pass at all.it seems like a never ending limbo for employees that already work at the airport.
6. Every other time when going directly to the parking sales office the staff simply tell me that there is nothing they can do without showing any type of initiative and just brush off any employee with an issue.
7. Not sure what the purpose is.I've been working at LAX for 8 years and the parking for employees has become more and more complicated and fusterating.
8. I know the application ask when the employee works with I don't understand why that's a required field to fill out if that data isn't being calculated and used to improve the parking problems this station has.
9. First when I applied for the key card in the east lot as I work in terminal 3 and 2 and being put in the south lot due to the east lot being sold out of the swing tags and by default remaining in the same lot when carrying over to the key cards.
10. Will go there and walk 15 minutes to work to avoid this.I'm trying to pay them for contract parking in the lot across the street from my condo, but none of their maps or searches will locate it.
11. Now because I didn't pay the month of December on the first of the month and was unable to log in and pay for the that month I can't pay for January because my key card has been activated.
Please cancel my account. I don't remember creating it or signing up for the subscription.
